Instruments: landscape itineraries
Creation the series of integral itineraries which include sites, objects, monuments, traditions, cultural deposits integrated with other aspects of cultural tradition such as enogastronomic, agricultural and handicraft traditions to build a "development matrix" based on interventions of support and completion of the offer to public.
Work of art becomes the pretext to discover and evaluate one territory finding out there potentials, identity and landscape as well as artistic, enogastronomic and anthropological characteristics.
Elaboration the series of mono or multithematic "itineraries" which "include" chosen cultural benefits exposing the "unique" one. Every itinerary will be comparable to one text where the main hero is the landscape intended as a complete result of nature, history and culture.

International net for sales and marketing

In the field of services, the ICT is certainly a way to improve the traditional business, the relations with the partners and the consumers. The enterprises redefine the borders of their own activity, determining productive combinations with high content of organizational and managerial innovation. New cultures, new contents, new consumptions, new places of work are made possible.
Call Centers have had a remarkable development in the last years, can be set differently and are used for very diversified types of activity: telemarketing, tv-sales, tv service, customer care, marketing researches, etc. The principal objective of automatic Call Centers is the support of the activities which are customer service, acceptance of orders, management of bookings, help desk, tv-sales, polls, telemarketing and other inbound (relative to incoming calls) or outbound applications (relative to out coming calls).
Thanks to the Interreg resources and in base to the functional model of the Puntoshop S.R.L, which will participate in the project in quality of auditor, the project plans to realize in his general macro lines and in the field of the Countries involved in the project:
·   A layout of a transnational line of call centre, adapted to the market of the tv-sales
·   A distributive experimental platform and the development of a logistic and distributional systm proportionated on the territory of collaboration
·   The creation of infrastructures and the formation of human resources specialized in realizing of the activities of radio and tv promotion
·   Beginning of new structures of sale and distribution.
This will lead to the creation of a new economic reality with the creation of structures and occupation specialized in supplying services to the local and European enterprises resident in the beneficiary countries. The partners of the project will become the bases of support for the divulgation of the productive know-how. >>

Objectives:
- Enployement of staff specialized in two/three foreign languages
- Training to the use of multimedia advanced systems
- Specialization on managerial software of the last generation
- Specialization of the staff on clearances, international transports, brokerage
- Exploitation of the local resources in enterprise management
- Improvement of the qualities of life of the attached
- Creation of specialized local occupation to be able to supply services to Italian and European enterprises resident and not resident in the beneficiary countries.
- Fall of extra EU immigration.

From the analyses divulged in Lisbon and Gothenburg in forecast of the new seven-year period of the structural funds, it seems evident as in the northeast Europe are concentrated countries with the most unfavorable conditions on the bases of factors like income per head, internal product, occupational levels, startup of small and medium-sized enterprises, economies of net with neighboring countries. Constitution of moments of high formation on specific aspects for each Partner, and creation complementarities between the activities foreseen by the project, would let to activate a virtuous mechanism of reciprocal demand and offer, in a first phase inside the partner's net, that later will be able to transform in an expandable methodology to the requests of services be it formative or service in outsourcing from other Countries.

To form and guide the activities foreseen by the projects pilot will allow to reply the mechanisms, at low level of impact with the divulgation of the methodologies analyzed and applied, at the advanced level with the replication of the experiences in the field of new nets of collaboration. <<
